To have an experiment with styling, I decided to make some collages of clothing, footwear and accessories that I interpret a modern Northern Soul style to look like. I used mostly designer brands in order to create a more high end interpretation. I styled track suits and suits with lingerie and sportswear, but with vintage styled jewellery and footwear so that I could create a more modern style. I used designers such as Gucci due to their pre fall Northern Soul campaign from 2017, as well as Vintage Chanel, Vetements and Fred Perry as it is a classic brand which had its peak in the Mod scene of Northern England during the 70s.
